Refund and Dispute Policy

Heroes Unlimited Foundation
At Heroes Unlimited Foundation, our mission is to support veterans by providing grants, training, and other resources to empower their entrepreneurial and professional pursuits. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to ensure transparency and accountability in all financial interactions. Please review our Refund and Dispute Policy to understand our guidelines for donations and contributions.
Donations
1. No Refund Policy for Donations
Donations to Heroes Unlimited Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, contributions are immediately allocated to support our programs, operations, and the veteran community. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
2. Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future contributions, please contact us at info@heroesunitedfoundation.org or call 307-763-9639 at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled payment. Recurring donations already processed are non-refundable.
3. Errors in Donation Amounts
If you believe an error has occurred in the amount donated, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We will review your claim and make adjustments if necessary.
Event Registrations and Merchandise
1. Event Registration Fees
- Refunds for event registration fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event or for no-shows.
2. Merchandise Purchases
- Merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

2. Resolution Process
- Our team will review all disputes and concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- You will receive an acknowledgment of your inquiry within five (5) business days, and we aim to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) business days.
3. Third-Party Transactions
If your payment was processed through a third-party platform (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), you may need to adhere to their dispute resolution policies in addition to contacting us directly.
